Instructions:
1. Cut 2 strips of each of the following patterned cardstock;
3″x12″ Handsome Henry Stripe
2 1/8″ x 12″ Jumping Jack Ivory Plaid
Attach your Handsome Henry striped cardstock together at one end to create a 23″ strip
Repeat this step with your Jumping Jack Ivory Plaid.
2. Wrap your Handsome Henry strip around the bottom of your Clear Pail and trim the ends to fit. Attach this piece to the pail using your adhesive. Now repeat this step with Jumping Jack making sure you center it on the striped piece you have already applied to the pail.
3. Use your Mischievous Max patterned cardstock dotted side up. Cut 4 strips of the dots and attach 2 together as you did in step 1. Attach these strips to your pail where the plaid meets the stripe.
4. Attach “B is for Boy” Ready-Set-Chip to the front of your pail.
5. Cut the “Racers, Start Your Engines” piece from your Lil’ Man elements sheet. Cut out the white portion with the phrase on it. Use your black journaling pen to create dashes around the edges except for the top edge. Attach this to the back of your pail right underneath the dotted border piece off to the left.
6. Find the blue racing car on your Ready-Set-Chip and slightly bend this piece every 1/4″ to create a curved piece so it will fit the curve of your pail and attach next to the phrase piece so the car is near the bottom of the blue dotted border piece.
7. Remove the 6 button stars from your Ready-set-Chip. Thread 3″ lengths of tan embroidery floss through the button holes knotting on the top. Attach to pail spacing evenly around the top clear portion by adding a bit of adhesive on to the embroidery thread on the back.
8. Cut two 3″ circles from Mischievous Max patterned cardstock using your Fiskars Circle cutter. Place one of the circles on the top of the pail lid, dotted side up. Place the other circle on the inside of the lid, airplane side up.
9. On the top of the lid place a Ready-Set-Chip Baseball player and the 3 chipboard word tabs, “Mischievous, Imaginative, and Rambunctious.”
10. On the pail handle place the thin striped border sticker from the sticker sheet.
11. Create the birthday tag using the green sticker tag from your sticker sheet and the airplane journaling box from your elements sheet. Punch a hole in one end of your airplane journaling box. Take your tag sticker and place it on the orange side of a scrap piece of Jumping Jack. Cut out around the tag and mount it at an angle at the bottom of your airplane tag.
12. Write “Happy Birthday” on the top journaling line of the airplane tag. The green tag is to write “To” and “From” for the birthday boy! Add one of the Ready-Set-Chip stars off to the right hand side of your tag piece.
13. Attach your tag to the side of the pail handle using the remaining 6″ piece of tan embroidery floss. Fill the birthday pail with shredded tissue and fun little boy goodies!
